Interesting. I like its safe search feature. Have you checked Find.com already? It's a new search engine and a content directory in one.

Most likely one of the reasons why Conroy wants to censor the web, using kiddy porn as an excuse to bring in censorship for the music and movie industry. We will no doubt see him get a plum job within the music industry when he gets defeated at the polls.

Companies seem to ignore the single largest online advertising venue available: their own regular external emails. Why not use these emails to market the senders company?

You have a website.
You send emails.

Why not multiply your sales-staff by “wrapping” the regular email in an interactive letterhead?

No other marketing or advertising medium is as targeted as an email between people that know each other (as opposed to mass emails). These emails are always read and typically kept.

WrapMail offers a solution that is server-based (i.e. compatible with all email clients), has a complete back-office with a WrapMaker, reporting etc and only charge $5 per user per month.

There is a post on this issue over on Active Rain by the Sarasota Association of Realtors CEO.

http://activerain.com/blogsview/744440/TheSarasotaMLScom-Is-History-Maybe-Youre-Next

Here explanation:
"It is the use of MLS in conjunction with the geographic location that is the issue. That, and the fact that the domain name Marc has been using implies that it is "the" Sarasota MLS. It is clearly misleading to have a site with domain name "THEsarasotamls.com" when Mr. Rasmussen is not the Sarasota MLS. " SAR CEO

I would be very suprised if any consumers actually complained about the domain. It was probably the competition. This lawsuit is probably costing the SAR thousands of dollars. It seems like a waste of the members money to me.
